Whitening gel: There are different types of whitening gels. The most common is carbamide peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide gel is also used. It depends on how you are whitening, either overnight or during the day, or whether there possible complications such as gum recession and/ or extreme sensitiviy. The best gel is the one recommended by your dentist.

There is no right: This question is asking for a subjective response. If there was simply the "best" gel, the other companies would go out of business, or they would duplicate that exactly, which again, would make it not possible to answer accurately.
