TOS: 30's female with "arm and hand hurt" has arm hand syndrome. Contender for pathophysiology is thoracic outlet syndrome (tos). Other causation might by cervical disk disorder. An MRI will help to satisfy differential diagnosis as would doppler study of arm with adson's maneuvers. Electrodiagnostic studies only a last resort because this study can only inform what is, but not what problem is not.
