See your surgeon: I would not expect patients to have any significant numbness with a standard otoplasty except for a small area around the incision sites in the back of the ear. The body compensates over time and the feeling improves. If you had a facelift or parotid surgery with incisions and dissection around the ear, then the nerve to the lobule can be injured and this may be a permanent injury.
