Great decision.: I think you are on the right path at giving alcohol up. I know you only drink occasionally, but it can become addictive and could lead to severe health issues, even death. I would recommend talking to your family and friends about your decision. I would also take it a step further and talk to your doctor to get set up with support groups. You can do this... Keep up the good work!

Seek help: While you think you may not be an alcoholic, AA defines a alcoholic as someone who has any type of problem with alcohol. This may not fit your definition. However one way to stop is to seek help from AA. They will get you a sponsor and show you how to stop and get you on a path to help keep you sober. AA is all over the world Best wishes.
