No.: Horse chestnut is the only herb that *might* help very mild vein problems. Otherwise, elevate your legs, walk regularly, wear compression stocking and maintain a normal weight. And see a vein specialist (phlebologist).

Yerba mate: Yerba mate, a shrub from south america is used as a beverage w antioxidant effects ; nutritional value. Studies show some benefit regarding v risk for diabetes mellitus/ hypogylcemia, v risk for strokes/ heart attack, appetite suppression , detoxification strengthening immune system, ^ energy level but there are no specific benefits noted for vein problems.
