A member asked:

If i'm allergic to amoxicillin, will i have a reaction if i kiss someone on it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No, unless unlucky: Unless one a person is super-sensitive to even tiny amounts of the drug, and tends to get life-threatening reactions to the drug, then kissing shouldn't cause an allergic reaction. However, life can surprise you. So, one should be sure the drug is not still in the mouth (chewables and liquid drugs would stay around in the mouth longer, because a pill would go straight down to the stomach).
