Earlier: I indicated that I didn't think this would happen unless there was still dissolved matter in his mouth. Am amending my input after reading this article: http://www.allergy-clinic.co.uk/more-about-allergy/anaphylaxis/ ** If there was a history of severe anaphylactic reactions it sounds like it could be possible.

PCN allergy: It is possible. If you have had severe reactions to Penicillin, then abstinence or condoms and an Epi-Pen nearby are advised. If mild past reactions, you may experience some vaginal itching.

Possibly: I would say the oral route would be the most likelihood of any allergen as some of the tablet could have come off in his mouth/saliva. So avoid it for the duration of the medicine. Once absorbed it is less likely you will get an allergic reaction from vaginal sex. Good luck
