Get evaluated!!: See your dentist asap, to find out what can be done. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to give you more help by 'online'!

See a dentist ASAP: Your immune system may already be compromised by being pregnant, and your nutrition may also not be adequate. Adding a jaw problem with limiting opening, affecting chewing and comfort, this should not be allowed to remain this way for a long period of time. I would see a dentist and/or a tmj/tmd specialist.

Jaw manipulation: Depends on severitiy of symptoms. If the jaw is truly locked (either open or closed), a jaw manipulation under local anesthesia may be of benefit. See an oral surgeon with expertise in TMJ disorders.

Closed lock: TMJ disc displacement without reduction with limited opening is relatively uncommon. See Orofacial Pain specialist for TMJ dysfunction management. Non-invasive, conservative and drugs free treatment. Good luck!
