Feedings: No more than 4 oz (60ml) per feeding. If breast milk, then no sooner than 2 hours from the last feeding. If formula, then no sooner than 2 1/2 hours from the last feeding. If a large amount of the feeding is spit up on a regular basis, then reduce the amounts fed and feed more frequently. Most 6 week old infants eat about 2-4 ounces a feeding.
