A member asked:

Can i take a womens multivitamin and a b complex vitamin together?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

depends: The liver needs to phosphorylate the b vitamins so it is not wise to take more than 50 mg of thiamine, riboflavin, or b-6 at one time. If one takes them apart that would not be an issue but some people do not react well to b vitamins that elevated histamine like Folic Acid and b-12. B-12 can feed bacteria which can be a problem for acne, uti's or sinus infections.
