Healthy Dieting: Maybe temporarily but this is not a plan for good or lasting or healthy weight loss. Fruits and vegetables alone means your only calories will be carbohydrates. This is a disaster for health and for metabolism. A truly healthy diet plan limits your carbohydrates to 25% of the total calories. 60% of your calories should be from proteins. Your body needs protein to survive, to be strong and health.
