Depends: The higher the concentration of cacao, the less sugar and saturated fat, and the less added artificial ingredients, the healthier chocolate becomes. The same can be said for the crisps. Avoid added ingredients that include chemicals. The bottom line is don't eat too much of either and always avoid added sugars and chemicals.
