Change time of dose: When one eats it stimulates the serotonin in our gut which makes one want to take a nap. I do know the times or doses of the Klonopin (clonazepam) that you are taking which makes a difference in my answer. If you are dosing once a day...Take the Klonopin (clonazepam) at bedtime. Talk with the prescribing dr. Most will work with you for a time of dosing that works best for you.

Discuss with doctor: Talk to your doctor about lowering your Clonazepam dose if you think it is making you tired. There are a lot of factors here- are you taking it during the day, just at night, why are you taking it, what else you may be taking, among others. Also what are you eating, getting enough protein, too many carbs? Lots of things to discuss with your doctor! good luck!
