Check w your Dr: Clonazepam is a long acting benzodiazepine. It is a schedule IV medication. Your doctor should be aware that you are becoming tired from it. There maybe other reasons for your fatigue, like hypothryoid. It would be best to check with your prescriber and get a check up and labs. Then you would be sure that its the clonazepam causing the fatigue.

Indication?: We need to know why you are on this drug to start with. If you do want to taper off , you should work with the doctor who prescribed this drug for you. I am unclear as to whether you had more energy after skipping the dose or got more tired when not taking it.
