Many: Many foods help anemia--depends on the cause of anemia. Most commonly iron deficiency--especially in ladies who are menstruating. Other forms are B12 and folic acid. A well-rounded diet of protein source, grains, iron-fortified breads, cereals, fruits, vegetables are important. See your md.
