What happens when you don't take your thyroid medication?

get hypothyroid: Assuming you really needed the levothyroxine, if you stop, you will get hypothyroid. Fatigued, cold, constipated, tired, etc. If you miss a day or two, you may not notice the symptoms. Miss a lot, and you will get uncomfortable.
