What does having a dream about asthma and or choking mean?

Not sure: I am not sure what this kind of dream would mean. May need to check with a psycologist who would dop dream analysis.

sometimes real: Choking sensation, gasping or breathing problems can occur commonly during sleep, particularly on your back or in rem. Sometimes if body is having problem it may manifest in dream as same sensation. If it recurs, consider a sleep study to make sure you don't have obstructive apnea or low oxygen at night.
