Nasal irrigation: May try irrigating nasal passages with saline at bedtime but you really need the help of an allergist in your area.

Saline lavage: The most effective home remedy for these kinds of symptoms is nasal saline lavage (such as neti pot, or using a squeeze bottle available at the pharmacy). Instructions are available with the device, but you essentially rinse the nose with salt water. A good swim in a pool, getting water in your nose, sometimes works too.
