Does high vaginal ph always mean infection?

No: An Acidic PH (low) will help protect you from yeast infections and other types of infection but a high PH doesn't always mean you have an infection. It is used in combination with other tests to determine if there is an infection but usually isn't used alone for this purpose. Best wishes!
