Tsh is 0.110 ft4 is 3.18 still hypothyroid?

Unclear: What is normal for those tests? The data you provide, by usual american assay standards, would suggest a slightly low tsh, and a very high ft4. This is consistant with hyperthyroidism, however (?) you are on synthroid (thyroxine). Please see your doctor who performed these tests.

Chemically NO: With your TSH at .11, this would support that clinically you are hyperthyroid. However, your underlying condition is still hypothyroidism but the amount of synthyroid that u r taking is causing your TSH to show excess thyroid replacement. Consult with the doctor who put u on the synthyroid to see if they want to make an adjustment.
