Hypothyroid. : Not knowing about any symptoms you may or not be experiencing; your TSH is a bit high, consistent with hypothyroidism. Your free T4 is in a normal range, but your thyroid may be working harder to achieve that than it normally would.

At risk: With elevated TSH you are at risk for developing hypothyroidism even though based on ft 4 results you are not hypothyroid now. Your doctor may wish to put you on thyroid medication to avoid you becoming hypothyroid. At a minimum, you should retest in about 6 months.
