Don't be afraid: Don't be confused. You should probably have an exam to best help you determine what your concerns are. The bladder is right above your vaginal area (suprapubicly) and below your belly button, and can usually only be felt if very full or if you are having bladder issues like a UTI that may cause pain with palpation on the area. A dr. Can tell you if you have a "baby bump" or if it's your bladder.
