Get a second opinion: It could just be muscle pain or intestinal cramping or could be psychological etc reassurance perhaps is all u need!

Ligament strain: Your age and sex and chronicity of the problem suggest a soft tissue problem and not infectious. Which side is important to know, colon one side and ovaries on both. Perhaps time to see an osteopath to find out if is a pelvic girdle disorder, a problem not able to be detected by studies, including imaging studies. Presumably you had a routine urinalysis that was negative. Hernia?
