Ganglion cyst: Unsure of your diagnosis but most common cyst on wrist is a ganglion. If it hurts when u move your wrist u may try a wrist brace( pictured).If it is getting bigger and more painful/ unsightly consider seeing an ors for evaluation to confirm dx.And possible aspiration or excision.
