See a specialist: Ganglion cyst have a relatively high recurrence rate after aspiration. If it has recurred or if your symptoms are from something else you should be evaluated by a hand specialist - a surgeon (hand, general, orthopedic or plastic) who sees a lot of hand patients.

Different: Ganglion cyst is a mass on the dorsum or undersurface of the wrist. Iftentimes they are asymptomatic. Carpal tunnel is a compression of the nerve by the ligaments of the wrist and can cause pain with use, numbness or tingling of the hand or fingers and sometimes weakness.
