Suspected abnormal: It appears that the radiologist is suspicious of a shadow which may be due to the nipple or possibly from a tumor. This requires a repeat imaging study, which could be done now or in a couple of months as the radiologist suggested. If you are worried in waiting, then you can ask your doctor to get this study, (called complete mammography, as opposed to screening mammography) done sooner than lalte.

Likely not much: It most likely means the your nipple was not seen 'in profile and therefore may be simulating a mass (tumor). Once the mammogram is done with your nipple 'in profile' it will prove that the 'mass/tumor' they are seeing indeed lies outside the breast and therefore is of no concern.

Ask your doc: Not sure. If they were recommending extra views based on the screening mammo, usually those are scheduled within a few days. If they are recommending short interval follow up of a probably benign finding, usually that is 6 months. Best bet is to discuss it with your doctor.
