Pre-eclampsia...: So sorry for your loss - that must have been tragic. The only advice is that no two pregnancies are the same, and while you need to be closely monitored, the risk is still very low that the same thing will happen again. But there are no guarantees in life or death. I would recommend a pre-conception visit with maternal-fetal medicine specialist to review risks and options for healthiest pregnancy.
