Your baby is 16 inches long and weighs about 3-5 lbs. There are complication of preeclampsia like not gaining any weight, preterm definitely, placental disruption. To avoid any harmful effects, rest, maintain blood pressure in normal range, urine testing for protein, aspirin daily for preventing preeclampsia from worsening. Usually child’s IQ is not affected if managed properly. Hope it helps
