Ignoring the lack of iodine, is sea salt healthier than processed salt?

Minerals: Sea salt has minerals that are not in pure nacl. These minerals are also found in a normal balanced diet. Sea salt is still mostly nacl, and all of us generally take in too much nacl. Best advice is to use as little salt as needed.
