Can you help? could sea salt actually be better for your health even though it does not have iodine?

Myth: Sea salt is also sodium chloride; it purportedly tastes better; however from a chemical standpoint, its sodium content is exactly like table salt (except no added iodine). The rda for sodium is the same whether you take sea salt or other table salts. And it has the same health consequences when taken in excess like high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease.
