If you are healthy: The best choices would likely be to pretty much stay on track. Perhaps a bit more attention to reducing fats (triglycerides ; cholesterol), salt (blood pressure) and sugar (diabetes). Aim more toward vegetables and fruit and whole grains. Reduce portion sizes from their "hungry man" peak on a slow comfortable slope. Avoid huge pig-outs (all-you-can-eat) or binges of any sort. Moderation's the word.
