Much less: You should expect to deliver later with a singleton, however the best predictor of preterm labor and delivery is a history of that.

Depends on first one: It is not a certainty that you will deliver preterm again. It depends on why you went into preterm labor with the first pregnancy. It is important to discuss this with your obgyn prior to your next pregnancy since you may be able to take measures to prevent what happened last time.
