Probably show: Assuming you have done nothing recently to cause infection and the brownish discharge began with or after the cramping, you most likely are beginning to dilate some. You are on the border for acceptable delivery. I would advise you to contact your OB provider or go to the OB department for evaluation if this is different than your previous deliveries.

Please call your OB: If you were my pt , would send u to the labor room for a check to make sure htbeat is fine and to make sure u do not have ruptured membranes cause if they are ruptured then you have ton stay and and get delivered.
