See a doctor: Several possibilities. If the child is having ongoing fever, kawasaki disease is a possibility. Infections of the skin (like staphylococcal scalded skin) are possible. Multiple viruses could cause these symptoms. Given the duration of symptoms, it is time to see a doctor.

Peeling (top skin layer) , VERY itchy skin on palms & fingers of both hands. Have used OTC creams with salicylic acid, benedryl, etc...did not work.
