Hand Dermatitis: If an over the counter Hydrocortisone cream isn't helping and you have been moisturizing aggressively, you may want to see your dermatologist. Hand dermatitis usually requires the use of a higher potency steroid than one you can get over the counter in addition to aggressive use of emollients. Get checked out to see what is actually going on. Best of luck!
