I have peeling skin on my fingers and palm, i used vaseline to moisturize but after a few week, my peeling skin is almost heeled but my hand started to feel itchy and i think it is a allergic reaction, am i allergic to vaseline?

No, you have a recurrent hand dermatitis that needs something stronger than vaseline to control. (Vaseline has no active ingredients in it.) If OTC hydrocortisone cream does not solve the problem, you will need to see a dermatologist for a prescription-strength cream.
