Possi.brachial plexu: The swelling you describe could be compressing the brachial plexus ( a bunch of nerves behind collar bone) causing weakness of your right arm and hand. See a neurologist quickly.

Indeed : U can have thoracic outlet syndrome. Several reasons for it that all could compress the subclavian/axillary vein and artery as well as the brachial plexus.
