Non-citrus: Non-acid urine producing fruit, i.E apples, pears, plums, berries, grapes, figs, mangos and nuts are all good for people with utis. Bananas are ok provided you do not get constipated. Pinapple, oranges and all citrus fruits acidify urine + thus irritate bladder lining.
