Please suggest what foods are good for people with urinary tract infection?

Hydration is helpful: This helps flush out the bladder. It is reasonable to think that things that acidify the urine (like vit c) might be helpful but there reallly aren't any formal research studies that show effectiveness for other foods.

Water: Drink water, about 64 ozs a day to keep high urine flow rates. Cranberry juice purportedly helps but this has not been shown to be superior to antibiotics in medical studies.
