How to treat lacrimal caruncle infection?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lacrimal caruncle : Infections related to these are usually managed with topical antibiotics, the preparations of which often have a steroid added. If these do not respond rapidly it would be a good idea to see an ophthalmologist (not an optometrist).
