Swollen legs: firstly you should be evaluated by your primary physician start the process as to why your legs are swollen, as most likely the discoloration is as a result of the swelling. Need to determine if this is a heart or kidney issue If not then a vascular surgery consult to determine if this is venous disease would be in order
