Pain after eating: Yes it could be your gall bladder not working well. Try to completely avoid any fat in your next few meals and see if that stops the pain attacks. Meanwhile you can get some digestive enzymes to take with meals that have any fat. If still having pain you could be having a peptic ulcer or other things that you will need to see your doctor about these problems.Also try Tums (calcium carbonate) for the pain.

Possibly: Yes, this could definitely be your gallbladder. The symptoms you describe can all be caused by gallbladder disease. I would recommend seeing your physician for an exam and proper testing. If it is your gallbladder, it is symptomatic, and it will need to be removed to relieve your symptoms.
