Post gb surgery: This is very distressing for you. The gall bladder used to store up bile that is necessary for fat digestion. I would recommend taking digestive enzymes with any meal that has fat in the food (that means most meals) to digest the fat. You also may have many food sensitivities or allergy. See a gastroenterologist to rule out other disease. Also Aspirin can cause diarrhea and bruising.
