Neck lumps: It may have nothing to do with your thyroid. Frequently people 'discover' something that has actually been there, maybe all your life (a normal part of your neck cartilege, for example), but once you feel it, and you start to worry, it drives you nuts. I would recommend having someone look at it sooner.
