Is it cancerous if ectopic thyroid and a lump that i can feel but cant see and thyroid nodules that i cant see or feel are causing hypothyroidism ?

Must be studied: The only way to be sure is have it studied properly. Imaging studies can suggest a diagnosis but it may require a needle biopsy or surgical removal of part/all of the nodule to allow for adequate review/diagnosis.
