I have hypothyroidism and was recently diagnosed with asthma have been having sore throat since i got the hypothyroidism, so today i went back to work and they suggested i go test for covid 19 because of the sore throat. ?

Pharyngitis: Unfortunately in today’s landscape, being tested for COVID will be a common response. Your sore throat however can be from other cause, both virus and bacteria alike. Supportive Mgmt such as gargling with warm water to antibiotic therapy can help to alleviate symptoms
