I have sjogren's and am taking plaquenil. are there any exercises or anything i can do for the joint pain? advil, motrin and tylenol (acetaminophen) don't work.

See details: How long have you been taking plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine)? It often takes 3-6 months to reach its maximum effectiveness. A low dose of Prednisone may help. Methotrexate is an option for longer term use.
