Likely insignificant: This is relatively small. This is likely a "functional cyst" meaning present as part of the normal functioning of the ovary (like an egg follicle). Ovaries make cysts for a living! a follow up ultrasound in 4-6 weeks to confirm resolution is the best course of action.
