It depends on why?: What are you wanting to accomplish by taking additional phosphorus? It is plentiful in most diets (especially meat ; milk) already, so i'm curious. Phosphorus usually correlates with magnesium ; calcium, and is also associated with lower bp. http://tinyurl.com/oghnxnh.
