I would certainly warn the person doing the piercing and wait several months after your surgery to decide if you really want to do it. Yes but sterile plz: The nipple ducts naturally contain bacteria that can be spread and make this a potentially contaminated procedure and there is a potential for bacterial spread to the implant which may increase the risk of infection or hardening (contracture) despite this, it is not uncommon for implants to be placed via the nipple with sterile precautions. Wait for 1-3 months and make sure it is done sterilely.
