Yes: Yes but i would wait at least one month after the surgery, after you are completely healed and swelling starts to come down. Make sure you get this done in a clean, respectable place in a sterile fashion, remember you have a prosthetic implant in that if you get a nipple infection you can potentially infect the implant. Yes: Many patients do this or have belly buttons pierced after an abdominoplasty "tummy tuck". I would certainly warn the person doing the piercing and wait several months after your surgery to decide if you really want to do it. Hopefully you will be happy enough about your implants, that you wont even want the piercings.

Yes but sterile plz: The nipple ducts naturally contain bacteria that can be spread and make this a potentially contaminated procedure and there is a potential for bacterial spread to the implant which may increase the risk of infection or hardening (contracture) despite this, it is not uncommon for implants to be placed via the nipple with sterile precautions. Wait for 1-3 months and make sure it is done sterilely.
